Abseiling Challenge Event at the iconic Lloyd's of London Building

Want to test yourself and raise money for charity too? The Lord Mayor’s abseil challenge requires core muscle strength, a good sense of balance and the ability to control any waves of vertigo coming your way as you descend hundreds of feet down one the tallest buildings in London. A team of experts will be on hand to show you the ropes, so even if you're a complete abseiling beginner you'll be able to take part.

Lloyd’s in the City on Tuesday 19th June: standing at 289ft the Lloyd’s building is one of London’s most interesting City landmarks sometimes known as the Inside-Out Building. A truly remarkable opportunity to see this building from the top, middle and bottom.

The entry fee

The entry fee for the abseil is only £25.00, and we ask that all participants taking part raise a minimum of £300 in sponsorship with all funds going to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal and London’s most disadvantaged communities.

Once you have signed up

All participants will be sent an initial welcome and closer to the time will be sent a pack of important information and fundraising ideas. There is no need for any training before hand; you will be kitted up on the day and given full instructions.
